The 1992 Festival of Cartoon Art is sponsored by The Ohio State University Libraries, Friends of the Libraries, the College of the Arts, and the School of Journalism. These events are funded in part by a grant from the Ohio Arts Council.

This program is made possible in part by the Ohio Humanities Council, a state-based agency of the National Endowment for the Humanities, which makes grants to nonprofit organizations in Ohio for public programs in humanities.
