The 1995 Festival of Cartoon Art
The 1995 Festival of Cartoon Art was dedicated to celebrating the centennial of the American Comic Strip. It was underwritten by Universal Press Syndicate and companies in honor of their twenty-fifth anniversary. At the Ohio State University it is co-sponsored by University Libraries, Friends of the Libraries, College of the Arts, and School of Journalism.
