The theme of the 2001 Festival of Cartoon Art is virtuoso cartoonists. The seventh triennial Festival Forum is sponsored by The Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library with additional support from the library's Milton Caniff Endowment, the Andrews McMeel Universal Foundation, and The Ohio State Universiy Friends of the Libraries.
